The advisory board shall advise the director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office on all veterans services, including in the implementation and administration of the veterans claims assistance program. Governor’s Appointees shall be veterans and will be considered from a list of three nominations submitted to the Governor by any veterans service organization.
