The Occupational Therapist Council provides for and conducts all examinations, determines the applicants who successfully pass the exam, and duly register such applicants and adopt rules and regulations.  The Governor appoints three occupational therapists from different geographical areas and the Board of Healing Arts appoints a physician, along with the president or designee of the Board of Healing Arts serving on the council.
