The Kansas Hispanic and Latino American Affairs Commission (KHLAAC) coordinate, assist and cooperate with the efforts of State departments, agencies and public and private organizations to serve the needs of Hispanics especially in the areas of culture, education, employment, health, housing, welfare, and recreation.  Members may serve no more than two terms.  No more than four members shall be of the same political party.
