The Board of Pharmacy licenses and registers entities conducting business relating to the practice of pharmacy; they protect public health and welfare against unprofessional, improper, and unauthorized practice of pharmacy.  Board members have a limit of 2 terms.  The Governor appoints 7 with 6 of the appointees being licensed pharmacists with a minimum of 5 years of practice and 1 public member.
