The Advisory Committee on Trauma (ACT) is advisory to the Secretary of Health and Environment on the development and implementations of a statewide trauma system. Members should have expertise in trauma care and represent both rural and urban interests. The ACT is composed of 24 members representing physicians, the hospital association, the nurses’ association, EMS, and legislators.This committee shall expire on July 1, 2021, unless the legislature reviews and reenacts it prior to July 1, 2021
