Governor Laura Kelly today visited health care facilities and professionals as part of the second week of her Back to Work, Back to School tour. Governor Kelly toured the children’s hospital at Wesley Medical Center to discuss the importance of Medicaid expansion and encourage Kansans to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

Governor Kelly also held a meet and greet with the Wichita Black Nurses Association (WBNA) to recognize and thank them for the work they’re doing to spread awareness and educate Kansans about the COVID-19 vaccine.
