Governor Laura Kelly reappointed Wayne Radford to the Kansas Guardianship Program Board of Directors.

The Kansas Guardianship Program Board of Directors is a partnership involving the state of Kansas and its citizen volunteers to assist certain adults legally determined to be unable to manage for themselves. Members shall have knowledge and interest in issues related to guardianship, conservatorship and the needs of disabled adults

“Wayne has demonstrated that his background and dedication to the Kansas Guardianship Program’s mission make him a valuable and effective member of the Board of Directors,” Kelly said. “I am confident that he will continue to serve dutifully.”

Radford, Topeka, is a Social Security advocate who worked for the Social Security Administration and operated a consulting firm representing clients pursuing Social Security disability. Radford presently serves more than 200 clients through Radford’s Representative Payee Services, Inc., a bonded non-profit Social Security-approved payee service.
